The Red Web Foundation is a tax exempt 501(c)3 organization dedicated to supporting and promoting positive organizations and programs passionately dedicated to serving the needs of communities.
​
Since 2003, RWF has partnered with hundreds of organizations and community programs to educate young girls about menstrual health and empowering them to take the lead in the care of their own bodies and lives. As programs grew and matured, RWF engaged in significant programming around, health, youth leadership and the arts in partnership with other community organizations that share the same vision and goals.
​
As a result of 21 years of successful programming, RWF has emerged as an experienced leader, and a valuable resource to community-based organizations.
​
Fiscal Sponsorship and Nonprofit Leadership
​
In 2023, RWF launched Fiscal Sponsorship and Management Services to help new and emerging non-profit organizations survive and thrive. The program premiered in 2024 with Beyond The Fog Radio, a program working with San Francisco Unified School District to provide podcast education to Middle School youth at Willie Brown Middle School in San Francisco. The program is expected to grow to other middle schools in the San Francisco Bay Area over the next 5 years.

2023-2028 RWF 5-Year Program and Event Plan

RWF has created a 5-year strategic plan to strengthen and advance programing to address the growing needs of women and girls. Additionally, RWF’s programming will support the potential of artists and musicians to build a sustainable career with business education and community events.

Shelley Bradford-Bell
​​
Shelley Bradford Bell is founder and CEO of 3FIVE55 Communications LLC, a consulting, coaching, and publishing company. Shelley founded 3FIVE55 after 38 years of creating marketing campaigns, and providing consulting services to corporations, nonprofits, and C-suite clients, for her company SBB Communications. She founded and produced the San Francisco International Women’s Day Awards Luncheon and Summit from 2011 to 2017and the Northern California Environmental Expo, which ran for two years.

Shelley is a successful community organizer representing community organizations. She provides organizational development and strategic leadership planning to Non-profit organizations, as well as serving as Interim Director for organizations experiencing Executive Director transition.
​
Shelley Bradford-Bell served as Executive Director of the Bayview Opera House from 1997 until 2007, raising more than $10 million for programs and the restoration of this historic landmark.
She provided Fund Development for Booker T. Washington Community Service Center (BTWCSC), successfully helping to raise $34 million to build a new state-of-art Community Center with transitional housing for Emancipating Youth. In 2022, Shelley served as Interim Director for BTWCSC during the leadership transition within the organization.

2002-2006 appointed to 4-year term on the San Francisco Planning Commission, by Mayor Willie Brown. She served as Commission President from 2002-2004
